Prawo to obejmuje coroczny, nieprzerwany i p\u0142atny urlop, kt\u00f3rego pracownik nie mo\u017ce si\u0119 zrzec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"separator mt-32 mb-32\"><span class=\"separator__line\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"definicja\" class=\"heading h-24\"><strong>Termin udzielenia zaleg\u0142ego urlopu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zgodnie z art. 168 Kodeksu pracy, pracodawca ma obowi\u0105zek udzieli\u0107 pracownikowi urlopu wypoczynkowego w roku, w kt\u00f3rym naby\u0142 on do niego prawo. W sytuacji, gdy urlop nie zostanie wykorzystany w danym roku kalendarzowym, pracodawca musi udzieli\u0107 go do 30 wrze\u015bnia kolejnego roku. Wa\u017cne jest, aby pracodawca dopilnowa\u0142, \u017ce pracownik wykorzysta przys\u0142uguj\u0105cy mu urlop w terminie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"separator mt-8 mb-8\"><span class=\"separator__line\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"skutki\" class=\"heading h-24\"><strong>Urlop na \u017c\u0105danie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Warto podkre\u015bli\u0107, \u017ce niewykorzystany urlop na \u017c\u0105danie nie przechodzi na kolejny rok. Oznacza to, \u017ce je\u015bli pracownik nie wykorzysta tych 4 dni w danym roku, jego wymiar nie zostanie powi\u0119kszony w kolejnym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"separator mt-8 mb-8\"><span class=\"separator__line\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"obowiaz\" class=\"heading h-24\"><strong>Obowi\u0105zki pracodawcy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za udzielenie urlopu w odpowiednim terminie spoczywa na pracodawcy. Powinien on stworzy\u0107 plan urlop\u00f3w obejmuj\u0105cy tak\u017ce urlopy zaleg\u0142e.
