The National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) will go into effect in 2026.

KSeF „National System of e-Invoices”.
The National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) will take effect in 2026, but its implementation will be divided into two stages.
In the first, from February 1, 2026, it will apply to entrepreneurs with sales exceeding PLN 200 million. For other taxpayers, KSeF will be mandatory from April 1, 2026.
The mandatory KSeF was supposed to go into effect on July 1, 2024, but earlier this year the Finance Minister postponed the date for technical reasons. He announced that he would present the new date after an audit was completed.
Today it emerged that the obligation to use KSeF will not appear until 2026. As the Finance Minister pointed out, it is necessary to develop a new system architecture.
At the beginning of April, the MF published draft assumptions for the regulations on the KSeF System, in which it took into account some of the comments made during the consultations, which, according to experts, will help eliminate the most important problems.
